LGBTQ+ Training Series

Our national client had an outdated LGBTQ+ Training program for their 3 million members. They needed a revised training series that included an intersectional lens on LGBTQ+ topics with a focus on race. The new content would also include a new module focused on transgender individuals and updates on language, legal and other topics affecting the LGBTQ+ community.

In collaboration with a national expert in LGBTQ+ topics, the Project 2043 Institute revised all training content, and created facilitator guides, slide presentations, and participant workbooks, for a six-part training series available in two formats.  One format is for in-person trainings, and the other is for virtual trainings.

As a result, our client successfully launched the revamped LGBTQ+ Training Series for their members.
